Welcome to AlteraGen AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, including AI Life App, AI Photo Pro, and Chat AI Stories (collectively, the "Apps"), provided by AlteraGen AI Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Apps to generate, share, or promote content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, harassing, or threatening.
• Sexually explicit, depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or extremely violent.
• Intended to spread misinformation, spam, or malicious software.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your access to our Apps without notice if you violate this Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Our Apps utilize advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms to generate text, images, and conversations. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI Limitations: The AI may occasionally produce outputs that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or hallucinated.
• Not Professional Advice: The content generated by our Apps (especially in AI Life App) does NOT constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not rely on the AI for critical life decisions.
• No Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original inputs (text or images) you provide to the Apps. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the generated output (e.g., AI portraits, stories) for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Our Property: The Apps themselves, including their code, designs, algorithms, and the "AlteraGen AI" trademark, remain the exclusive property of AlteraGen AI Studio.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of the Apps may be subject to a fee or subscription. All payments, billing, and subscription renewals are handled exclusively by the Google Play Store. If you wish to cancel a subscription or request a refund, you must do so directly through your Google Play account settings. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly on your behalf.

5. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Apps (or older, if required by the laws of your specific jurisdiction, such as 16 years old for residents of the European Union).

6. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
